We are currently buying houses in the Metro Detroit area.  In some instances, we will consider single family homes and/or commercial properties in other areas of the country.

Our strategy at this time is to find distressed properties (condition or situation) and turn that rock into a diamond, then sell to either landlords looking to hold for cash flow, or to homeowners looking for the perfect home in a desirable neighborhood.

We can pay cash for your property!!  We can usually increase our offer if the seller is willing and able to hold the financing for a short period of time, such as a Land Contract or Lease Option.  Many times, we can present more than one offer, then let the seller decide which works best for them.

Homeowners:  These buyers are looking for a beautiful new home that needs no repairs, and they can raise their family in a safe and desirable neighborhood.

Landlords:  These buyers are looking for turn-key properties that will bring them positive cash flow month after month.  Often times, we can place tenants into the homes prior to the sale, packaged with a reputable property management company.  This is especially valuable to out-of-state buyers who want to tap into the Metro Detroit area market.

We also sell homes in "as is" condition.  Our target market, in these cases, are other investors who will rehab the homes themselves and need to buy at a discount to turn a profit, or homeowners who are handy and want to customize the improvements in their new home
